Present: Annette Stewart, Dee Coppola, Robert Baglio, Tim Drury, Marcus Lane, Nick Whittleton, Trish
Tierney.
Absent: Stephanie Bailey.
CITY COUNCIL
Present: Mayor Tim Matthes, Bek Ashby, Fred Chang, Jeff Cartwright, Cindy Lucarelli, John Clauson.
Absent: Rob Putaansuu and Jerry Childs.
STAFF PREsENT:
City Development Director Nick Bond, Associate Planner Elle Davis, Intern Planner Scott Bonjukian.
The meeting started at 7:00pm. Development Director Nick Bond presented on the progress towards
updating the Port Orchard Comprehensive Plan. He described the process that had been completed, the
draft Introduction, Land Use, Housing, and Economic Development elements, and the work remaining.
After completing his presentation, Mr. Bond opened the floor to questions and comments from the City
Council and Planning Commission. They had none. Mr. Bond then took questions and comments from
members of the public in the audience. There were various questions and comments that staff recorded.
There being no further questions or comments, Mayor Matthes thanked Mr. Bond for the presentation
and the work of the department. The meeting ended at 8:15pm.
