April 23, 2015

CITY COUNCIL
Present: Mayor Tim Matthes, Bek Ashby, Fred Chang, Jeff Cartwright, Cindy Lucarelli, John Clauson, Rob

STAFF PRESENT:
City Development Director Nick Bond, Associate Planner Elle Davis, Intern Planner Scott Bonjukian.
The meeting started at 7:00pm. Director Bond provided a summary of his previous presentation from
April 15. He then invited the assembled members of the City Council and Planning Commission and
members of the audience to provide specific input on the text of the draft Comprehensive Plan.
The informal discussion began with the Introduction chapter and the "targeted outcomes". It then moved
on to the enumerated goals and policies of the Land Use, Housing, and Economic Development chapters .
Staff took questions and provided suggestions on some revisions, and for other feedback said they would
cmne--baek-t o-the-eity-eouncit,-Ptannirrg Commission, and the public with a revised document at a later
date.
The meeting ended at 9:15pm.
