FIFA WC2026 – Responsible for running games & coordination across continent
SeattleFWC26 – Lead for local planning, non-FIFA logistics, activations, fundraising
Governments (fed/state/local) – typical governmental services i.e. transit, traffic control, law enforcements, etc.
Partners – prepare venues, support marketing, host local events
Local Organizing Committee (LOC): safety & mobility, legacy, community engagement & impacts mitigation, fan experience, tournament venues, marketing & communications, business operations,

Additional locations can self-organize
Site selections/operations will be determined locally
LOC will provide minimum requirements, swag, venue dressing, amplication to travel & local FWC fans
