Purpose
Denis – Risk Management, where is our critical infrastructure and how can we plan to best maintain it
Asset lifespan – Maximizing our preventative maintenance efforts to prolong the estimated lifespan of any given asset
Acquiring assets – When new assets are procured or identified, creating best management practices and maintenance strategies
Planned maintenance – Moving away from reactionary maintenance, when possible, to better plan for or minimize reactionary maintenance.
CIP Planning – We will be able to make data driven decisions when developing our CIP plans.
