Collective Bargaining Session: 6:00 P.M.
Pursuant RCW 42.30.140 (4)(b), the City Council will enter a CLOSED SESSION to discuss
planning or adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during
the course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or grievance or
mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or
proceedings while in progress.
Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 42.30 RCW, the City Council is conducting its public meeting
in a hybrid format with options for in -person attendance in the Council Chambers at City Hall or remote viewing
