Joint Special Meeting of January 26, 2005 with Karcher Creek Sewer District

City Staff present were: City Attorney Loren Combs and Interim Public Works
Director Alan Lobdell. Karcher Creek Sewer District staff present were: Plant
Manager John Poppe, Executive Director Dick Fitzwater and Attorney Ann Montgomery.
The meeting was called to order at 7:09 p.m. The Council, Karcher Creek Sewer
District Commissioners and staff immediately went into executive session to discuss
potential litigation.
Karcher Creek Sewer District Commissioners and their staff left the executive session at
8:52 p.m., along with Interim Public Works Director Alan Lobdell.
Council came out of executive session and Mayor Abel immediately adjourned the
meeting at 9:58 p.m., with no action taken.
