A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FOLLOWING MEMBER
TO THE PORT ORCHARD PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Chapter 2.20 of the Port Orchard Municipal Code establishes a
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to POMC 2.20.010 the members of the Planning
Commission are to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy was created by the appointment of Robert Putaansuu to
the Port Orchard City Council as of January 8, 2007; now therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby
confirm the appointment of the following member to the Port
Orchard Planning Commission, effective March 12, 2007:

PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor
