RESOLUTION NO. 016-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, ADOPTING THE SIX-YEAR TRANSPORTATION
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE YEARS 2012-2017.
WHEREAS, the Council adopts the six-year transportation improvement
program annually for the following six-years; now, therefore;
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: The six-year construction portion of the Six-Year
Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2012-2017, a copy
of which is · attached hereto and marked Exhibit "A" and is an integral
portion of the Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program for the City of
Port Orchard is hereby adopted.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and
attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 28th day of June 2011.
