A RESOLUfiON OF THE CI'IY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
REMOVAL OF THE PART-TIME PLANNING FRONT COUNTER POSffiON
AND ESTABLISHING A FULL-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR
THE BUILDING/PLANNING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the city to periodically review the duties and responsibilities
of all employment positions; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department's part-time Front Counter Position will be
eliminated effective the close of business on December 31, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the Building/Planning Department's Full-time Administrative Assistant
position established will become effective January 1, 2013; now, therefore,
THE CI'IY COUNCIL OF THE CI'IY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: the Part-time Building/Planning Front Counter Clerk of the City
of Port Orchard be removed.
THAT: the Building/Planning Department's Administrative Assistant
position will be established as a full-time position, including salary and
benefits.
PASS ED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested
by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this nth day of December 2012.
