City of Port Orchard Council Work Study Session
March 17, 2020

Special Note:
Pursuant to the recommendations from public health officials, the City will
take the following actions for this Council Meeting:
• Older adults and individuals with underlying medical conditions
that are at increased risk of serious COVID-19 are encouraged not
to attend the meeting (including employees); and
• The City will utilize social distancing recommendations, including
efforts to limit contact of people within 6 feet from each other for
10 minutes or longer); and
• Proper hand hygiene and sanitation will be readily available to all
attendees and employees; and
• The City will comply with environmental cleaning guidelines from
the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Please note: the meeting is open to the public and no action will be taken
to prohibit or otherwise limit the public’s attendance from this meeting.
