Special Note:
Pursuant to the recommendations from public health officials, the City will
take the following actions for this Council Meeting:
• Older adults and individuals with underlying medical conditions are
encouraged not to attend this meeting, including employees; and
• The City will utilize social distancing recommendations; and
• Proper hand hygiene and sanitation will be readily available to all
attendees and employees; and
• The City will comply with environmental cleaning guidelines from the
US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Please note: the meeting is open to the public and no action will be taken to
prohibit or otherwise limit the public’s attendance from this meeting.
