Copies of Ordinance No. 002-06 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Port
Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any
interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance. No. 002-06 will be
provided at a nominal charge.

ORDINANCE NO. 002-06
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
ABOLISHING THE WATER -SEWER REVENUE BONDS, 1984 FUND
ESTABLISHED IN ORDINANCE NO.1264.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard retired the 1984 Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds that
funded the Utility Local Improvement District {ULID} #1; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1848 authorized the transfer of ULID #1 assessments that
accumulated since the retirement of the 1984 Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds to the Wastewater Treatment
Facility Expansion Fund to mitigate the construction costs; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 021-05 ordered specific appropriations for transfer of all
monies from the Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1984 Fund to the Wastewater Treatment Facility
Expansion Fund; now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The Bond Fund known as "Water -Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1984 Fund" is
hereby abolished as of January 31, 2006.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard on this 9t" day of January 2006 and
APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage.
