ORDINANCE NO. 1914
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE
ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD.
(For municipal purposes — Ancilla Tripp property located at 4940
Bethel Avenue)
Tax Parcel NO. 112301-1-011-2000
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The South 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of Section 11, Township 23 North, Range 1E.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard is the owner of record for the following
described property consisting of one tax parcel 112301-1-011-2000 totaling 5.19 acres; and
WHEREAS, RCW 35.13.180 provides for annexation of property for municipal
purposes; and
WHEREAS, the property is located at 4940 Bethel Avenue and was
bequeathed to the City with the Grantor's expressed desire that the property be used as a
park/community facility; now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 7 - THAT the following described territory is owned by the City of
Port Orchard and non-contiguous to the City of Port Orchard and the same hereby is annexed
to the City of Port Orchard and from and after the effective date of this Ordinance shall
become subject to all the Laws and Ordinances thereof.

EXCEPT THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SOUTH HALF OF

ALSO EXCEPT THE WEST 266.00 FEET AS MEASURED ALONG THE
NORTH AND SOUTH LINE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
SUBJECT TO EASEMENT AS PER AUDITOR'S FILE NO. 9311240094. AND
EXCEPT FOR THAT PORTION CONVEYED TO KITSAP COUNTY FOR

ORDINANCE NO. 1914
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION
OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD (FOR MUNICIPAL
PURPOSES, COMMONLY KNOWN AS ANCILLA TRIPP PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 4940 BETHEL AVENUE).
Copies of Ordinance No. 1914 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Port
Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any
interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1914 will be
provided at a nominal charge.
