The following is a summary of an Ordinance approved by the Port Orchard City Council at their regular
Council meeting held March 11, 2002.
ORDINANCE NO. 1849
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON,
AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET TO INCLUDE APPROPRIATIONS FOR
THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY EXPANSION FUND.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1849 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Port
Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any
interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1849 will be
provided at a nominal charge.

AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET TO INCLUDE APPROPRIATIONS FOR

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the 2002 Budget is amended to include the following budget
RESOURCES:

appropriations for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Expansion Fund:
Intergovernmental 815,976.06
Transfer from Water-Sewer Cumulative Reserve Fund 818,169.23
Transfer from Waster-Sewer Revenue Bonds, 1984 Fund 1,510,854.71
Total Revenues $1 3,145,000.00
