Council of the City of Port Orchard, Washington, called to order in special session by Mayor Leslie
J. Weatherill at 8:00 A.M. at City Hall, 216 Prospect Street. Council members present: Clauson,
Wyatt, Morrison, and Grable. Staff present: City Engineer Curies and City Clerk Parks.
Mayor Weatherill explained purposed of this Special Session is to consider Draft Resolution No.
1782. This resolution will supercede Resolution No. 1369 and update the City Treasurer's
authorization to invest City funds.
On motion by Councilman Clauson, seconded by Councilman Morrison, Council unanimously
approved Resolution No. 1782 authorizing the City Treasurer to transfer, convert, endorse, sell,
assign, and invest all City funds.
As no other business was scheduled for this special Session, Mayor Weatherill adjourned the
meeting at 8:03 A.M.
