The following is a summary of an Ordinance approved by the Port Orchard City Council at their regular
Council meeting held December 26,2000.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2000, ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY
TRANSFER.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1814 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Port
Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any
interested person without charge. Thirty days afler publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1814 will be
provided at a nominal charge.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 2000,
ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A
BUDGETARY TRANSFER.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following appropriations of revenue received in excess of
anticipated amounts, from other financing sources and unencumbered portions of fund balances
are hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $3,860.00 to the Six-Year Emergency Medical
Levy Fund.
An amount of $12,806.00 to the Community Events Fund (b)
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard and signed by the Mayor
and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of December 2000. n
