Council of the City of Part Orchard, called to order at 5:00 P.M.
this date by %yor Caldwell. Councitmmen present::Wilson, Clauson,
Miller and Geiger. Councilmen Childress, Grosso and Clark absent.
Mayor opened the Special Meeting on the request for vacation of
the alley lying between lots 7 thru 19 and 30 thru 42, Block 2,
Sweany, Second Addition as requested by Michael J. and Claudia
Capeloto, 11804 23rd S.W. Seattle, WA 98146.
Chairman Wilson of the Street/Alley CorYimittee recommended that the
request of the vacation be denied as the City may need the
alley at a future date. Council considered the recommendation and
after considerable discussion approved the request, on motion by
Geiger and seconded by Clauson.
