CITY COUNCIL RETREAT
The Council Retreat is scheduled as follows:

PLACE: Main Fire Station
The agenda is enclosed. As with previous Retreats, the staff would attend and participate
in the morning session and lunch. After lunch, the Council would have discussions
among itself Unless requested by the Council, the staff would leave right after lunch.
The following assignments are needed to prepare for the Retreat:
City Clerk: Arrange for lunch, break, and continental breakfast
Call for RSVP of Council and Planning Commission
Planner: Presentation
Arrange for DCD presentation
Post appropriate maps on walls
Engineer Presentation
Arrange for Luncheon guest
Fire Chief Schedule the Classroom
Arrange the classroom

Discussions with presentations by staff
noon. to 12:45 Catered lunch for participants
12:45 to 1:00 Planning Discussion and staff depart
1:00 to 4:30 City Council discussions
