1988; 12 month extension December, 1989.
5. 7:45 PM Public Hearing (RESCHEDULED TO JAN 10, 1990 7:45 PM) re: Application for a Comprehensive Plan Designation Change and Zone Reclassification from Residential High to Commercial
General as petitioned by the Port of Bremerton to allow for a metered parking lot at the intersection of Lawrence and Arnold Streets.
6. 8:00 PM Public Hearing (RESCHEDULED TO JAN 10, 1990 8:00 PM) re: Application for a Comprehensive Plan Designation Change and Zone Reclassification from Public Property to Industrial
as petitioned by the City of Port Orchard to allow for light industrial uses in the vicinity of 1265 Old Clifton Road (former solid waste landfill).
7. 8:15 PM Public Hearing re: Petition to Annex into the City of Port Orchard as submitted by the Church of the Nazarene (Property on Sidney Road owned by Church of the Nazarene and
Kitsap County (baseball field)
8. Proposed Public Defender Services Contract between Case & Lind, Inc. P.S. and the City.
9. Proposed Ordinance amending the budget for the year 1990 and ordering appropriation of funds and authorizing a budgetary transfer.
10. Proposed Resolution adopting Non smoking policy for the City of Port Orchard facilities and vehicles.
11. Letter from Richard Netzel, C.P.A. representing South Sound Sanitation informing the City of new rates which have been computed in accordance with their contract. (no action necessary)
