4. Notice of Intent to Petition for Annexation submitted by Emory J. and Shirley Bourdeau. Subject property includes two tax parcels located west of existing city limits north of SR160.
5. Proposed resolution endorsing the concept of Kitsap County as an entitlement county in the Community Development Block Grant Program.
