2. Minutes of October 28, 1991 Council meeting as distributed with following corrections:
P. 2 para 9 change: seconded by Councilman Clauson to seconded by Grable
P. 3 para. 5 add: Original motion as amended passed with 3 ayes and 2 nays. Councilman Geiger and Childress voting nay.
3 Proposed Ordinance fixing the amount of Ad Valorem Taxes to be raised for the year 1992.
4. 7:45 P.M. Public Hearing re: Petition to Vacate a portion of Fir Street and a portion of Bayview Street (Division St.) as petitioned by Bill Rill, Pendleton-Gilchrist Funeral Home.
5. 8:00 P.M. meeting with EJ & Shirley Bourdeau to discuss Notice of Intent to Petition for Annexation for two tax parcels located west of the current city limits north of SR 14 commonly
known as SR160. This is not a public hearing.
6. 8:15 P.M. Public Hearing to discuss a proposed resolution to establish a temporary moratorium on commercial and multi-family land use reclassification along Tremont Street.
7. 8:30 P.M. Public Hearing re: Petition to Vacate a portion of Rockwell Avenue as submitted by Helen and Albert Kleffner. Property is located parallel to Bethel Avenue in the vicinity
of 1130 Bethel Avenue.
