4. 7:45 P.M. meeting with Russell and Kathleen Allaway to discuss Notice of Intention to Petition for Annexation into the City of Port Orchard.
5. Letter from Mrs. Gertrude Johnson, VFW, requesting permission to hold Loyalty Day Parade on Saturday, April 25, 1992 at 10:30 AM.
6. Letter from Stan Morris, Pastor South Kitsap Family Worship Center, requesting an extension to SUP-1033 which was originally approved on 2/23/87.
7. Proposed Ordinance adopting the budget for the year 1992.
8. Proposed Resolution designating responsibilities for DBE Liaison and EEO Officer.
9. Proposed Resolution authorizing development of a specific plan, establishing design and development guidelines for commercial and multi-family development along Tremont Street.
10. Proposed Resolution repealing Resolution No. 1582 and establishing regulations and fees related to parking, stopping or standing in certain areas of the City.

1. TABLED MOTION: To adopt Ordinance No. 1532 regulating sign in the street right of way with two additional conditions (1) sign boards need to be removed nightly (2) businesses that
place a sign board on the sidewalk must include the city as an additional insured on their liability insurance coverage. (Motion presented by Councilman Geiger, seconded by Councilman
Clauson. Motion to table presented by Councilwoman Powers and seconded by Coumncilman Grable. 11/25/91)
2. Request from Richard L. Peterson to lease a portion of Austin Street for parking purposes. (Street/Alley Committee 11/25/91)
3. Request for installation of street lighting on Prospect Street (alley) east of Sidney Avenue as submitted by Paulie Williams. (Street/Alley Committee 11/25/91)
