4. Proposed ordinance reclassifying property located at the northwest intersection of Pottery Avenue and Melcher Street, from Residential Low to Residential High, as submitted by Tyee
Sinclair Partnership.
5. Proposed resolution setting February 10, 1992, 7:45 P.M. as the date and time of public hearing to receive testimony relating to a request to vacate a portion of Bay street. (Subject
property on the west side of Bay Street approximately 100 ft south of Mitchell Point. (Randy Jones))
6. Proposed resolution establishing the policy for Step Systems within the sewer collection system
7. Proposed property maintenance agreement for Council consideration.

1. TABLED MOTION: To adopt Ordinance No. 1532 regulating sign in the street right of way with two additional conditions (1) sign boards need to be removed nightly (2) businesses that
place a sign board on the sidewalk must include the city as an additional insured on their liability insurance coverage. (Motion presented by Councilman Geiger, seconded by Councilman
Clauson. Motion to table presented by Councilwoman Powers and seconded by Councilman Grable. 11/25/91)
