3. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: Application for Zone Reclassification as submitted by the City of Port Orchard, requesting to reclassify property located at 200 Tremont from Green Belt
to Residential High.
4. Letters from social service agencies requesting the City raise the Admission Tax rate
5. Mayor's proclamation declaring the week of February 16-22 as Engineer's Week in Port Orchard.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS AND CORRESPONDENCE:
1. TABLED MOTION: To adopt Ordinance No. 1532 regulating sign in the street right of way with two additional conditions (1) sign boards need to be removed nightly (2) businesses that
place a sign board on the sidewalk must include the city as anadditional insured on their liability insurance coverage. (Motion presented by Councilman Geiger, seconded by Councilman
Clauson. Motion to table presented by Councilwoman Powers and seconded by Coumncilman Grable. 11/25/91)
