4. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: proposed amendments to the Port Orchard Zoning Ordinance No. 1469 which relate to landscape standards for commercial developments, industrial developments,
public property developments and also uses permitted upon issuance of a special use permit.
5. 8:00 PM Public Hearing re: proposed protection policies for critical sensitive lands.
6. Roger Creech, 1185 Sherman Avenue - Melcher Right-of-Way Boundary
7. City Engineer request for equipment to be surplused.
8. Proposed Bremerton/Kitsap Co. DWI Task Force Agreement. Request authorization for Police Chief Mathews to sign.

1. Letters from social service agencies requesting the City's admission tax rate be increased to same as the Kitsap County rate and tax revenues received be allocated for social services.
