13. Proposed Ordinance amending Ordinance Nol 1493 to add a sewer classification for snack bar/espresso bar.

15. Proposed Electronic Monitoring Agreement between the City and WA Assn. of Sheriffs and Police Chiefs to provide electronic monitoring for qualifying offenders to reduce jail population.
