3. Letter from Scott Lam, Garden House Restaurant requesting consideration for installation of "Reader Board" sign which was denied by Building Dept.
4. Letter from Robert Ruffner seeking reconsideration of his petition to vacate a portion of Morton Street right-of-way.
5. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: appealing the Determination of Non-Significance relevant to infrastructure impacts, increased
traffic, environmental impacts and storm water runoff.
6. Report on bid opening held July 23 1992 at 4:30 PM - Road Repair
7. Proposed Residential Anti-Displacement and Relocation Assistance Plan presented by Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority for authorization for Mayor's signature. This plan
is in concert with Housing Authority Agreement.
8. Proposed resolution approving the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Kitsap County for property located at 1026 Sidney Avenue (Given's Elementary School).
9. Proposed resolution denying the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Dennis and Beverly Janson for property located at 504 Sidney Avenue.
10. Proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 1450 & 1495 and adopting the 1991 Uniform Building code with Fees and modifications.
11. Proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 1451 and adopting the 1991 Uniform Plumbing Code.
12. Proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 1452 and adopting the 1991 Uniform Fire Code.
13. Proposed ordinance amending the City of Port Orchard Comprehensive Plan Ordinance No. 895; by adopting the existing county subarea designations within the area known as the Vine
Street Annexation area.
14. Proposed resolution adopting Vision statement for the City of Port Orchard.
