a. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: appeal filed to the Determination of Non-Significance for the South Kitsap Health Care Compus project
b. Proposed ordinance amending the budget for the year 1992, ordering appropriation of funds and authorizing budgetary transfer. REAPPROPRIATIONS NOT NECESSARY
c. Proposed ordinance repealing and replacing certain sections of title nine of the Municipal Code relating to public peace, safety and morals for the City of Port Orchard, repealing
and replacing certain sections of title ten of the municipal code relating to vehicles and traffic, and repealing and replacing certain sections of title one of the municipal code relating
to general provisions for the City of Port Orchard.
d. Proposed ordinance amending Ord. No. 1129 allowing one member of each city commission or board to be a non-resident of the City of Port Orchard and also allowing special appointments
by Council Resolution to provide for continuity of specific projects or planning processes.
e. Proposed resolution authorizing additional temporary non-resident planning commission members to provide for continuity of the development of an updated comprehensive plan
