c. Proposed Ordinance approving Preliminary Plat of Windfall Place (with conditions) as submitted by Jerry L. Clark. Property located in the vicinity of 1800 block of Pottery Avenue.

1. Proposed ordinance amending Ord. 926 (POMC 5.78) relative to Garbage Business and Occupation Tax (sponsored Councilman Geiger to update POMC to reflect garbage collection agreement
terms)

a. Craig Weckesser, Dept of Agriculture regarding gypsy moth eradication program
b. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: Appeal of Planning Commission recommendation to deny an application for zone reclassification for property located at 775 Olney Avenue as submitted by
LaVern Wolf. Appeal filed by William Palmer. Hearing continued from February 22, 1993 Council meeting.
c. Lynn Winkley, S. K. Senior Citizens, requesting city agree to act as administering agency for Community Development Block Grant. CDBG application must be submitted by April 2.
