a. Minutes of August 23, 1993 Council meeting with correction Page 1 add paragraph stating Councilwoman Powers stepped down from Council table and refrained from participation or voting
in the Buchanan/Hunko Special Use Permit Public Hearing due to conflict of interest.
b. Approval of Claim Warrants and August Payroll Warrants
c. Resolution No. 1645 setting forth facts, findings and conclusions for denial of application for Special Use Permit submitted by Roger Hunko and Robert C. Zornes for property.
d. Resolution No. 1646 amending resolution No. 1569 establishing increase and/or decrease of speed limits on City streets or intersections. (amendments include (1) change street name
to reflect renaming of State Highway 160 to Mile Hill Drive, and State Highway 166; and (2) increase the speed limit on that portion of Bethel avenue from Bethel Wye to southerly city
limits 35 MPH)
e. Ordinance No. 1589 vacating a portion of Grant Street as requested in petition submitted by Kevin Tweten, etal with three conditions.
f. Ordinance No. 1590 repealing Ordinance NO. 1463 and regulating activities on city owned piers and docks.
g. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 9/27/93 Council agenda: None as of 8/31/93
h. Excuse Councilman Don Morrison's absence from 9/13/93 Council meeting.
***** I. Revised Interlocal Drug Task Force Agreement. Request authorization for Mayor and Police Chief to sign.

a. Bob Ferguson, Kitsap Transit, presenting new Commute Trip Reduction Intergovernmental Agreement.
b. 7:35 P.M. Public Hearing re: request to amend Ordinance No. 1576 which approved the Preliminary plat of Windfall Place with 22 conditions.
c. Bid Opening - Library Doors - September 9, 1993 at 4:30 PM
d. Bid Opening - Sale of Firewood - September 9, 1993 at 4:30 PM
e. Charles Looney, Sr, requesting temporary use permit to allow occupancy of a travel trailer at 186 Tremont Street until Oct. 1, 1993 and annual usage from 4/1 - 10/1.
