b. 7:45 P.M. Public Hearing re: Application for Zone Reclassification from Commercial General to Multiple Family 20 as submitted by Primark Corporation to allow construction of Olympic
Terrace Apartments 207 apartments in 15 buildings and a recreation building. Site location is in the 700 block of Olney Avenue, north of K-Mart and the South Sound Theater. (An Appeal
to the Planning Commissions recommendation to approve has been filed by Mary HJ. Urback on behalf of the South Kitsap School District. No. 402)
c. Matt Murphy, Visitor and Convention Bureau, Findings and Facts of the Comprehensive Tourism Report
d. Approval of Final Plat of Pottery Heights and Pottery Heights Addition No. 1
(Resolution No. 1648).
