c. Proposed 1994 Animal Control Agreement (annual fee of $17, 126. which reflects no increase over 1993 fees and same contract provisions)
d. Authorize Municipal Court expenditure of $1719.42 to purchase a Lanier Recorder System to replace current recording system.
e. Authorize Mayor Weatherill to sign Interlocal Agreement regarding Emergency Communications and other Services (CEN-COM)
f. Ordinance No. 1593 amending Section 1 (3) of Ord. No. 1533 relevant to non-attendance for reasons other than illness. (Finance Committee 5/24/93)
g. Ordinance No. 1594 amending PO Zoning Ordinance No. 1469 by amending the area and use maps thereof, reclassifying certain property, Olympic TerraceApartments (Wiley/Wolf Partnership,
owner; Primark Corp. Applicant) which is located in the 700 block of Olney Avenue, North of K-Mart Plaza and South Sound Cinema
h. Ordinance No. 1595 fixing the amount of Ad Valorem Taxes to be raised for 1994.
