c. Proposed Ordinance No. 1605 adopting the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance (MTO) as contained in the Washington Administrative Code, Chapter 308-330 WAC, to regulate traffic in
the City of port Orchard and repealing Ord. No. 1565. Councilman Clauson sponsor.
d. Proposed Ordinance 1606 to revise traffic ordinance to conform with state sentencing guidelines. Councilman Clauson sponsor.
e. Application for Fireworks Display permit - July 4 by Western International Fireworks
f. Ordinance(s) to be place on 6/27/94 Council agenda:
1. Proposed Ordinance amending Animal Control Ordinance to include provision requiring owners to clean up after animals; new section - confinement in vehicle (endangering) and revision
of public nuisances and violations sections. Councilman Geiger sponsor.

a. 7:35 pm continued Public Hearing re: a Special Use Permit Application to locate a bridal and tux shop in an existing church structure at 322 Cline Avenue as submitted by W. Darrell
and Millie Cullimore. (Public Hearing continued from 5/23/94 Council Meeting)
b. 7:45 pm Public hearing re: a request to amend South Kitsap Health Care Campus site plan to consider the use of 8 foot crosswalk delineation pavers at the boulevard intersections.
c. 8:00 pm Public Hearing re: an application for Special Use Permit to allow conversion of a section of a house to a property management office at 1003 Sidney Ave. Donald and Anna
Ryan, owners of record.
