may be removed from the Consent Agenda and placed on the New Business section of the Regular Agenda at the request of a Councilmember.
a. Minutes of the following Council meeting:
(1) August 22, 1994 regular meeting
(2) August 17, 1994 continued public hearing relevant to Draft Comprehensive Plan
b. Approval of Pyroll and Claim Warrants.
c. Proposed 1995 Animal Control Agreement (annual fee of $18,153. which reflects an increase of $1,027 over 1994 agreement. Contract provisions remain the same as 1994.
d. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 9/26/94 Council agenda:
1. Ordinance establishing an Animal Control Appeal Board.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Application for Public Event as submitted by Port Orchard Chamber of Commerce requesting use of Waterfront Parking Lot #4 on September 18, 1994 to facilitate Mosquito Fleet Days.
b. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: a Shorelands Conditional Use Permit for Shipwatch Shores located at 275 Bay Street, as submitted by Dr. and Mrs. E.J. Bourdeau.
c. 7:40 PM Public Hearing re: Zone Reclassification Application submitted by Charles Bowman. Request is to reclassify 1.33 acres from Residential Low to Residential High located 1200
feet west of Sidney Avenue at the end of Poplar Street. A rezone would allow for 7 single family residences.
d. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: Preliminary Plat Application submitted by Charles Bowman. Request is to subdivide approximately 1.33 acres into 7 lots to construct single family residences.
Subject property is located about 1200 feet west of Sidney Avenue at the end of Poplar Street.
5. OLD BUSINESS:
a. PUBLIC HEARING CONTINUED TO 9/26/94 7:35 PM: Application for a Zone Reclassification from Residential Low to Residential High and a Preliminary Plat to allow subdivision of 9 acres
into 35 lots for single family residences as submitted by Jerry Clark for Heron Ridge. Site location: 200 block of Melcher Avenue West.
b. Ordinance No. 1607 amending Animal Control Ordinance to include provision requiring owners to clean up after animals; new section - confinement in vehicles (endangering) and revision
of public nuisances and violations sections.
c. Proposed Ordinance regarding School Impact Fees. (City Clerk and City Engineer 8/22/94)
