(1) October 10, 1994 regular meeting (revisions on pages 7 & 8)
(2) October 5, 1994 Special Public Hearing regarding the Draft Comprehensive Plan meeting
b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Resolution No. 1682 finding Jerry and Barbara Seitz as the operator, manager or agent of a permanent show or public amusement center.
d. Resolution No. 1683 approving the issuance of a Special Use Permit to R.D. Manning for property located at 1800 Sidney Avenue to allow the continued use of a 400 sq. ft. portion
of the Arbor Terrace Apartment Complex Recreation Building as a business office upon completion of the contractor's work.
e. Resolution No. 1684 repealing Resolution No. 1653 and establishing regulations and fees related to parking, stopping or standing in certain areas of the City.
f. Ordinance No. 1616 amending Port Orchard Zoning Ordinance No. 1469; by amending the area and use maps thereof, reclassifying 2.5 acres of property located in the 1300 block of Lloyd
Parkway to allow a work release facility, City of Port Orchard, applicant.
g. Ordinance No. 1617 approving the P2reliminary Plat of Heron Ridge Subdivision, as submitted by Jerry Clark. Property located along the 200 block of Melcher Avenue.
h. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 11/14/94 Council agenda:
1. Proposed ordinance fixing the amount of Ad Valorem Taxes to be raised for the year 1995.
2. Proposed ordinance creating animal appeal board
3. Proposed ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1469 to decriminalize violations
4. Proposed ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1362 (subdivisions) to decriminalize violations
5. Proposed ordinance amending Ordinance No. 1592 (nuisance abatement) to decriminalize violations
