Minutes of the February 13, 1995 regular meeting b. Approval of Claim Warrants and Payroll Warrants. c. Proposed Resolution No. 1696 authorizing segregation of properties in accordance with Section 35.44.410 Revised Code of Washington. Requested by R. Scott and Gail L. Kiele. d. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 3/13/95 Council agenda: 1. Proposed ordinance repealing ordinances 1592 and 1620 adopting definitions of nuisances and establishing rules, regulations and procedures for the abatement of such nuisances (changes are relative to junk vehicles) 2. Proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance 1590 and establishing new regulations for activities on city owned piers and docks to restrict any type of commercial activity. 4. NEW BUSINESS: a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: a request to reclassify and review the Preliminary Plat for the property located on the southeast corner of Pottery Avenue and May Street. The applicant Chuck Childress has requested a land use reclassification from Residential Low to Residential High to permit the subdivision of 1.33 acres into 9 lots for single family residences. b. Public Hearing canceled by applicant (revised preliminary plat application returned to Planning Commission: 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: a request to reclassify and review the property located on the west side of Olney Avenue, applicant, Jim James. c. 8:00 PM Continued Public Hearing to consider Draft Comprehensive Plan (Continued from February 13, 1995 City Council meeting) d. Fire Chief Mike Brown, Kitsap Fire District No. 7, presentation on "Service Partnership between the City and District 7". 5. OLD BUSINESS: a. Proposed Blackjack Interpretive Center, Pat Burmaz, request for City to join in partnership with the Peninsula Fish and Wildlife Foundation and act as lead agency for grant applications (Finance Committee 2/13/95) b. Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Port Orchard and Kitsap Transit (Public Property Committee, 10/14/94) c. Proposed Ordinance regarding School Impact Fees.
