c. Proposed Ordinance No. 1628 reclassifying 1.33 acres of property located on the southeast corner of Pottery Avenue and May Street, Chuck Childress, owner of record.
d. Proposed Ordinance No. 1629 approving Preliminary Plat of Castle Gate Subdivision, as submitted by Chuck Childress. Property located on the southeast corner of Pottery Avenue and
May Street.
e. Approval for Mayor and Police Chief to sign COPS FAST Grant Application (federal grant)
f. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 3/27/95 Council agenda: None as of 3/9/95
4. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Dave Peters, Kitsap County Staff review County's Recycling Program
b. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: Substantial Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit for the Port Orchard Library Expansion Project.
c. Proposed ordinance repealing ordinances 1592 and 1620 adopting definitions of nuisances and establishing rules, regulations and procedures for the abatement of such nuisances (changes
are relative to junk vehicles)
d. Proposed ordinance repealing Ordinance 1590 and establishing new regulations for activities on city owned piers and docks to restrict any type of commercial activity.
e. Letter from Howard Minor requesting permission to lease property at the City's Old Clifton Road property.
