a single family residence.

a. Award presentation to Volunteer Firefighter Terry Bontrager for 5,000 Fire/Aid Runs
b. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: reconsideration of a Special Use Permit and examination of compliance of Section 6.1.A.3 of the Port Orchard Zoning Ordinance as well as recommended Condition
No. 7 of Planning Commission Resolution No. 215-94 in regards to an application considered on May 16, 1994. The applicants and property owners are Donald and Anna Ryan for property
located at 1003 Sidney Avenue.
c. Permission for Mayor Weatherill to sign Interlocal Cooperation Agreement to form Consortium Under the National Affordable Housing Act.
