The applicants and property owners are Donald and Anna Ryan for property located at 1003 Sidney Avenue. c. Permission for Mayor Weatherill to sign Interlocal Cooperation Agreement to form Consortium Under the National Affordable Housing Act. 5. OLD BUSINESS: a.
