a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: Review of Preliminary Plat, Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Multiple Land Use Reclassification to permit the subdivision of 14.8 acres for residential
uses wich will include 58 single family homes, 5 duplex lots and a 10 lot mobile home park, as submitted by Chuck Childress.
b. 8:00 PM Public Hearing re: proposed Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program
c. Call for Bid - Surplus Firewood - July 20, 1995 at 4:30 PM
d. Proposed Agreement for Drug and Alcohol Testing Consortium Services - Association of Washington Cities.

a. Proposal to reconfigure downtown/waterfront parking. (Street/Alley Committee 6/12/95)
b. Letter from Wm. Palmer requesting formation of a U.L.I.D to connect So. Sidney Business Park Area to city water and sewer facilities. (Water/Sewer Committee 6/12/95)
