a. Minutes of the September 25, 1995 regular Council meeting with adding notation to Page 2 paragraph 6 that 9 month extension expires May 28, 1996.
b. Approval of Claim Warrants and Payroll Warrants.
c. Request to declare the following items as surplus to the needs of the City: (1) Public Works Truck License No. 00768D, 1987 Chevrolet Pickup, VIN No. 1GCFR24HXHS149060; (2) seven
secretarial office chairs.
d. Claim for damages filed by Michele D. Carmack, damage to vehicle in amount of $105.89. (Mayor recommendation for payment by City)
e. Claim for damages filed by Joseph B. Nuttall, damage to windshield by brush cutter in amount of $229.53.
f. Accept donation of one celluar telephone from Jesse Smith to be used in the best interest of the City.
g. Ordinances and other matters to be placed on 10/23/95 Council agenda: None as of 10/05/95

a. Presentation by Fred Kegel on Sedgwick Road Improvements.
b. Application for Fireworks display at South Kitsap High School after Homecoming Game on October 20, 1995.

b. Letter from Wm. Palmer requesting formation of a U.L.I.D to connect So. Sidney Business Park Area to city water and sewer facilities. (Water/Sewer Committee 6/12/95)
