b. Approval of Claim Warrants and Payroll Warrants.
c. Ordinance No. 1640 amending Ordinance No. 1594 to allow revision of Olympic Terrace Apartment Project site plan to a multi-phase site plan and approve Phase One with 16 conditions.
d. Ordinance No. 1641 fixing the amount of Ad Valorem taxes to be raised for the year 1996.
e. Claim for Damages submitted by Francis R. MacPherson in the amount of $307.00 for expense incurred due to sewer main blockage.

4. NEW BUSINESS:
a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: an application for a Land Use Reclassification and Comprehensive Plan Change. The project consists of the demolition of two homes and the construction
of a 40 space parking lot, as submitted by Don Pennington.
b. 7:45 PM Public Hearing re: a Special Use Permit to allow the conversion of an existing single family residence into a professional office headquarters for a magazine and newspaper
publication business located at 321 Tremont Street, as submitted by Lawrence and Dolores Coppola.
c. Appeal of code enforcement order to relocate sign on Marquee as submitted by John W. Boothby, owner Bay Coffee Co.
5. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Letter from Wm. Palmer requesting formation of a U.L.I.D to connect So. Sidney Business Park Area to city water and sewer facilities. (Water/Sewer Committee 6/12/95)
b. Proposed Ordinance regarding School Impact Fees. (City Clerk and City Engineer 8/22/94)
