2068 - Resolution - Public Hearing on Petition to Vacation within an AlleyRESOLUTION NO. 2068 A RESOLUTION OF THE CTIY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF CTIY RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN AN ALLEY REFERRED TO AS CENTRAL ADDffiON TO SIDNEY, REPLAT, AS SUBMITTED BY PAUL OLSON. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT: A Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of City right-of-way within an alley referred to as Central Addition to Sidney, Replat, and as submitted by Paul Olson, further described as follows. The Public Hearing will take place during the regular City Council meeting to be held on May 24, 2004 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The alley separating Block 004, Lots 5 to 9, Central Addition to Sidney Replat -and -Block 004, Lots 10 to 13, Central Addition to Sidney, Replat, in Kitsap County; except the East 20 feet thereof. The aforesaid property is approximately 2,700 square feet. The Petitioner's are the owners of an interest in real estate abutting on the above-described area. The Petitioner's constitute one hundred percent of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 26th day of April 2004.
