Wilkins DriveRESOLUTION NO. 2090 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF S.W. WILKINS DRIVE, AS SUBMffiED BY ROGER JENSEN AND THELMA HOVDE. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attachment "A" WHEREAS, the Petitioners have submitted a petition to vacate a portion of S.W Wilkins Drive; and WHEREAS, the Petitioners constitute one hundred percent of the owners of the property abutting the area proposed for vacation; and WHEREAS, the property sought to be vacated is approximately 8,100 square feet; and WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79; now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: THAT: A Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of S.W.
