2033 - Resolution - Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate Right-of-WayRESOLUTION NO. 2033 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF WENDELL AVENUE AND A PORTION OF PALMER AVENUE, AS SUBMITTED BY RALPH P. AND GLADYS J. BRADY. THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT: A Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate (1) a portion of Wendell Avenue, and (2) the south section of Palmer Avenue, as submitted by Ralph and Gladys Brady, further described as follows, is hereby fixed for Monday, August 25, 2003 at 7:40 P.M. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: See Attachment "A" The Wendell Avenue aforesaid property is approximately 11 ,700square feet and the Palmer Avenue aforesaid property is approximately 6,300 square feet. The Petitioner's are the owners of an interest in real estate abutting on the above- described area. The Petitioner's constitute one hundred percent of the owners of said portions of abutting property. WHEREFORE, Petitioners pray that proceedings be had hereon for the Vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
