A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF PHASE I OF
THE PORT ORCHARD INDUSTRIAL PARK.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard City Council has held a public hearing on
January 27, 1997 and approved the preliminary plat for the Port Orchard Industrial Park; and
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the final plat as set forth in Ordinance
No. 1674 have been satisfied, now therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE THAT the final plat of Phase 1 of the Port Orchard Industrial Park is accepted and
approved.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13' day of July, 1998.
