THE PROPERTY OWNER IS LEE SEBRING AND THE APPLICANT IS WESTERN WIRELESS PCs. Tax Account No. 252401-3-008-2004 Legal Description: Section 25, Township 24 North, Range 1 East Full legal description: Attachment "A" WHEREAS, Resolution No. 1812 approved a special Use Permit as submitted by Lee Sebring, property owner for the applicant, Western Wireless PCs, and; WHEREAS, Western Wireless PCs, subsequently petitioned the City Council of the City of Port Orchard for modification of Condition No. 6, and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on October 12, 1998 to hear testimony and public input on the requested modification of Condition 6 which requires the final monopole design to incorporate a warning light at the top of the pole for helicopter safety, and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard concluded that granting this modification would not be detrimental to the health, safety, morals and general welfare of the community, now, therefore, AS FOLLOWS: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE That Condition No. 6 of Resolution No. 1812 is hereby modified as follows: The final monopole design must incorporate a warning light at the top of the pole for helicopter safety, shielded from adjacent residents.
