1661 - Resolution - Final Plat of Windfall PlaceRESOLUTION NO. 1661 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF WINDFALL PLACE WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard City Council has held a public hearing on February 28, 1994 and approved the preliminary plat for Windfall Place; and WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the final plat as set forth in Ordinance No. 1576 have been satisfied. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THAT the final plat of Windfall Place is accepted and approved.
