1687 - Resolution - Amending Resolution No. 1620 Special Use PermitRESOLUTION NO. 1687 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1620 TO AMEND THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION THEREIN WHICH APPROVED THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO JEFFERY SWAN OF EVERGREEN LUMBER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF 1333 LLOYD PARKWAY. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard did approve the issuance of a Special Use Permit to Jeffery Swan of Evergreen Lumber for property located in the vicinity of 1333 Lloyd Parkway; and WHEREAS, since the approval of Special Use Permit No. 1058 on October 26, 1992 the parcel has been short platted and a current survey performed by a professional land surveyor. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, THAT: Special Use Permit No. 1058 described herein which was approved by Resolution No. 1620 shall be described by the amended legal description as follows: Lot B of City of Port Orchard Short Subdivision Number S-1073-R2, as recorded under Kitsap County Auditor's File No. 9409160061. PASSED by the City Council by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk 28th day of November, 1994.
