A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASH INGTON
ESTABLISHING COST SHARING FOR CITY
HALL MAINTENANCE
WHEREAS, The city incurs costs for the operation and maintenance
of the City Hall building, and
WHEREAS, Each municipal department participates in the cost of
operating and maintaining City Hall;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PORT ORCHARD:
SECTION 1. The Water/Sewer Department shall make an annual
payment towards the maintenance and operation of City Hall. The first payment
shall be effective for the year 1992.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, SIGNED by
the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 1 lth
day of January, 1993.
