A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, FIXING THE DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON A PETITION TO VACATE A PORTION OF BAY
STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, Washington, as follows:
THAT a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion
of Bay Street further described as follows, is hereby fixed for
Monday, February 10, 1992 at 7:45 P.M. in the City Council
Chambers, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: legal description is available at the
Port Orchard City Clerk's office upon request
The aforesaid, property is 2,975 square foot tract of
land located on the west side of Bay Street approximately 100 ft
south of Mitchell Point.
The Petitioner is the owner of an interest in real estate
abutting on the above described area.
The Petitioner constitutes more than two-thirds of the
owners of said portions of abutting property.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that proceedings be had
hereon for the vacation of said area of said right-of-way in the
manner prescribed by RCW 35.79.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
APPROVED by the mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 13th day of January, 1992.

Situated in Section 25, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, Kitsap
County Washington:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot I, Block 23, Plat of
Annapolis, which is the True Point of Beginning, thence 85 feet
northeasterly along the west margin of the Bay Street right of way;
thence 35 feet southeasterly along a line perpendicular to the west
margin of said Bay Street; thence 85 feet southwesterly along a
line parallel to the west margin of said Bay Street; thence 35 feet
northwesterly along a line which is perpendicular to the west
margin of said Bay Street to the True Point of Beginning.
